With Mgt Construction, we just finished the 3rd Remodel for The Walter's in Darien, CT(anitacoffeenow@hotmail.com) : 1st floor full Remodel, which we planned and build, keeping in mind,(and on Paper), the future full Remodel of their second floor ( to happen later):

Joe Santos (914 469 5106) is the GC. Joe is working in the Scarsdale area, and complete yearly, dozens of Remodeling projects, with successful feed back.
We are working together for the Chang Remodel in Scarsdale, NY. Job should be completed shortly.

We planned this Full remodel and Extension, with the future Remodel /extension of the existing Garage, which Home owner will do at a later phase.

will take measurements, draw the Existing conditions, and sit down with you, to make sure the Design Directions are going to be the best ones

We will then set up another meeting to present you our Final Design and review it with you

After agreement on the Design, we will be able to direct you to a Design Build Contract, or to help you to Bid your job, and purchase all components required.

Design Build In Fairfield and Westchester Counties between 95 and 2009

In the last 15 years, I had the advantage to work closely with prominent Design Builder in Westchester and Fairfield counties.
I personally Designed and Contracted and average of 1.5 to 2millions/ year totaling over 200 remodeling jobs in the area; including Kitchen and Master bath Remodel, 1st and 2nd floor additions, Basement remodel, Decks Built in, and New Constructions projects.

In 2002, I graduated form NYU with a Diploma in Construction Management

Since my early start in France in the 80 working with my "Contractor" Father, then having the possibility to work with Clients, with the double cap, Architect/Contractor and here in the US, seeing the Design Build process bringing "almost"the perfect product, and by the current standard and economy, always too expensive; I always looked for a Better Solution:

Between the 80 and the 90, in the South of France, Construction is steady. A lot of competition so.

I graduated as an Architect in 83

I Designed and Build Residential Constructions,

Pool, and Renovation of Bastides

Then I get married, to my American wife, who will help me develop my international "Clientele"

I will Design Build ,and Develop several projects in Provence

Le Moulin -12 high End Apartments, renovated on the site of a XVII century olive Mill

Le Hameau Notre Dame, 13 condo, overlooking the Village of Cotignac

And develop a new project for La tannery in Barjols

and still Design Building, some of our best projects in Provence

My background, France in the 80-90

I joined the family Construction Business in 1976: Sarl Caren Paul et Fils.

I guess it was my destiny. My Father was an Entrepreneur, Grand father was a Mason, and my Great grandfather was in the Construction Business in 1890.

This picture was taken in the 1940's. It is the Construction of the Cemetery, in Cotignac, South of France, where I grew up.

In 1983, I graduated as an Architecte DPLG (similar to AIA). At that time I was managing both sides of the Construction process. To design and build at this time in France was not really considered the norm. I had several discussions with the Ordre des Architectes and tried to explain my position. I was a partner in the family Construction Company and the establishment did not consider my position conventional. In France Architects like to believe that they need to oversee the Contractor. I was thinking, it was more efficient to work the builder, like the old Master Builder used to do.
